Holding a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and with experience spanning retailer sales, go-to-market strategy, brand management, upstream innovation, consumer insights, creative agency leadership, and learning & development, she takes a well-rounded, empathetic approach to her work. Erin understands how to guide teams from insight to ideation to strategic development—across brand positioning, innovation platform and pipeline creation, strategic plans, convention-busting insight mining, ideation workshops, internal rallying, tool/process optimization, employee training, and more.
Erin has a breadth of experience across CPG, food & beverage, health, and lifestyle brands, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to emerging middle-market businesses.
